After the AC input voltage is filtered by the rectifier circuit, the high-voltage DC power is obtained. The 1500A 6V DC electrolytic rectifier for silver electrolysis uses "variable frequency conversion" to invert the high-voltage direct current into about 30kHz high-frequency alternating current, which is then converted into the secondary voltage by a high-frequency transformer, and then filtered by the high-frequency rectifier circuit to obtain the required output voltage. Sampling of output voltage and current is made by the control circuit, and then the signal of pulse width modulation (PWM) for controlling the inverter circuit is generated after closed-loop feedback to keep the output voltage and current steady.
The TBSB-1500A/6V is ideal for high-purity silver refining (up to 99.99%), silver electrowinning from solutions, silver recovery from scrap or photographic waste, laboratory-scale silver electrolysis research, and small to medium-scale precious metal refineries.
